Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar was established in 1965 with a view to efficiently control the academic program and examinations at the Secondary and Intermediate level. Since then BISE Peshawar has played a responsible and pivotal role in the promotion, spread and progress of education in the area. In order to ascertain quality education BISEP has always endeavored to maintain its distinctive features in the form of efficiency, transparency and fair-play during the conduct of examinations.
To achieve further excellence in these areas, BISEP tried to provide maximum easy and quick relief service to candidate and their parents by launching certain websites enabling them for an easy access to roll number slips, results, DMCs, registration, model papers and information regarding registration/enrolment, affiliation, examination schedule and camp offices.
We feel proved of having developed the examination results in Oracle Database Management System, which has given the Peshawar Board an edge over all the Boards of the country.
The BISE, Peshawar , despite receiving nominal fee from the candidates, is running an effective administration based on the modern lines, which will further improve in efficiency with the cooperation of all concerned people.
Transparency in the examination system and engagement of men of good reputation for the examination related matters succeeded us eradication of corruption and the use of unfair means at every level.
To bring uniformity in the question papers and script evaluation all BISEs in NWFP will simultaneously be involved; with effect from 2007 (Annual) examination, in setting uniform question papers of different subjects and evaluation of all scripts of those subjects by the Board that has set the papers.
It is my advice to the young generation to work hard so as to come up to the expectations of their parents and the nation, because they are to shoulder the future responsibilities of the country.
Let us all try to make literate every member of our society so that we emerge as prosperous nation in the coming future.
